- strata title lambat
- penyewa come n go sesuka hati
Rumah Terrace
- mahal (area Lembah Klang RM250k/unit)
- masalah makhluk perosak
- sasaran pecah rumah

ReplyDeleteRumah Apartments@Condo's ni ada satu lagi kelebihan view cantik maa.. pastu xdak serangga separti lipas,n lebih lebih lagi cam nyamuk.. da la skang nii musim aedes..
pastu : apartments @ condo klita xyah nak pikiaq pasal landscaping ka, kebersihan ka.. da tentu ada org jaga @ maintain..
whereby landed properties, kita nak kena jaga @maintain.. perrrhhh penattt sey...
n actuallyyy it depends..
certain people suka landed n certain suka condo's.. macam org duk landed depa bila da duk condo depa rasa lebih aman n happening(gym@pool)..
certain tu bila dari condo dapat duk landed depa rasa puas.. dunia depa sendiri..
well.. that's the bottom line..

I don't think so... what do u think about the property in sarawak? is it the same market price with KL? seems that i'm sarawakian, what the benefit that i can get if i buy a property such land or house in KL?

2) KL newspapper cheaper than Sarawak
3) School better than sarawak
4) Your Children grow better
5) u expose to fast globalization
6) come Kl by urself n u will see what i mean
so, wait no longer.... see for urself believe me.. im sarawakian and i know i live better in KL rather in Sarawak..
